Gone with the sun

Gone are the days of numb fingers and feet. Gone the days when we used to flock to cafe bars to pamper our drying lips with warm, chocolaty coffee drinks. To nurse our souls with smiling waitresses and cultivate our brains with words so deep. Gone all dark, cold days of glee.

For Spring is in the air. With the Sun spreading its golden wings, the birds that can’t keep shut their beaks, and woman showing off all their womanly things. Throw the frozen pizza in the oven my friend so meek and get out, enjoy the day, for the tomorrow, after all, is so bleak.
